General Information

 

Richard Durning's Charity is governed by the provisions of a legal scheme drawn up by the Charity Commission incorporating the wishes of the founder's original will, while adapting those provisions to be in line with modern day charity practice. Five Trustees of the Charity are nominated by the surrounding civil parishes and seven are coopted to the board. A current list of Trustees can be downloaded from the link below.
