Applicants' Form Downloads
Unfortunately, due to the current financial uncertainty, the charity will be unable to make any students awards this year, but please do look into applying next year.
Below are links where applicants can download forms they need to apply for a grant from the Charity. For your first application you will need to submit an application form.
If you have already received a grant from the Charity you also need to submit an attendance certificate to show you have successfully completed the previous year's work. It must be signed by your tutor/supervisor and be stamped by the institution you have attended. Failure to submit an attendance certificate will invalidate your application.
You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader which you can download here.
Do I qualify for a grant?
The Charity’s governing regulations allow the distribution of surplus income, in the form of grants, to pupils or former pupils of the school under the age of 25 to promote their education (including social and physical training.)
Young people under the age of 25 who did not attend the School may also apply for grants provided they live within the area of benefit which comprises the following civil parishes:- Bispham, Croston, Mawdesley, Parbold and Wrightington.
* Pupils and former pupils of the school can apply whether or not they live in the above parishes.
* Applicants who did not attend the school will be considered only if sufficient funds are available.
